I had to cancel my big wedding. What now?

Indulge in a minimony or microwedding.

All is not lost and there is a huge upside. If you just want to get married and not postpone indefinitely, now is the perfect time to think outside the box. Go small or even teeny weeny and then at a later and safer date, do the big party.

You’ll be surprised to discover how ideal this situation can be. Just the 2 of you and maybe include a few close guests. Your choices have just expanded. With a small group, you’ll have access to many places indoors and outdoors that can accommodate your intimate group. If Vegas is your choice, look into Mount Charleston, Valley of Fire, Lake Las Vegas or any of the cute chapels around town.

Now you have some breathing room in your budget. Time for a bit of a splurge! Add a limo, have your hair and make-up done in your hotel room, include the flowers you really want, hire the best photographer in town and chose the most fabulous restaurant to celebrate your big day.

The stress of the planning that goes into a big wedding has all but vanished. This is the perfect way to keep the focus on YOU. No worries about who sits at which table, how to keep the guests entertained all weekend, kids or not, transport, meals and all the other decisions have just gone bye bye!!!

If you loved the dress you wore for the ceremony, wear it again for the party. Blow up the pictures or show a video of the minimony and now it’s a party! Everyone will thank you. It’ll be far more relaxed and enjoyable and you still get all the benniesJ. You can now be an unstressed, personable host.

All you have to do is some research for your best options and go for it!
